We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business day from when the order was placed. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information (if applicable).

All orders are processed and fulfilled in our nearest warehouse, please see information on carriers, delivery times and tracking information below. These timeframes are provided as a guide and can be differ due to customs issues, special events and circumstances. We recommend using the tracking information when available to ensure your item is delivered successfully.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact Hong Kong Post, or your local postal service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.


THIS IS FADED is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

If you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

  • You must notify THIS IS FADED within 14 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 14 days after such notification.

  • You must notify THIS IS FADED by email to obtain a "Returns Form"
  • Product must be returned to by post to the THIS IS FADED nominated address (as per the “Returns Form”)
  • In the event that the customer receives the wrong product or changes their mind on which size they would like, THIS IS FADED will allow for an exchange of products in the same style as originally ordered.
  • THIS IS FADED does not allow for refunds in the event that the customer no longer wants the product they have purchased

Do you ship outside of Hong Kong?

Yes, we ship to countries all over the world everyday and LOVE our international market! We even offer free local/international shipping which you can view more details, Free Delivery Worldwide: For purchase over US$120, we provide 3-5 days express delivery

Hong Kong and Macau: Free local delivery 3-5 days. No delivery on public holidays

International Delivery: HK$310/US$40 for express delivery 3-5 days with tracking or HK$140/US$18 for standard 14-21 days shipping without tracking

Can I shower with my This is Faded jewelry on?

Always remove jewelry when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.

Does the jewelry tarnish or ever change colors?

The jewelry will keep its color and shine for years to come if you follow these tips. Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish. Never expose jewelry or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.

How can I clean my jewelry? 

To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.

How do I apply the This is faded temporary tattoos?

1.For best results, use scissors to cut the desired tattoo from the sheet leaving white area around the tattoo image.

2. Firmly glide your finger over the top clear layer of plastic that covers the tattoo image and remove any air bubbles pressing them toward the edges.

3. Slowly peel the top clear layer of plastic from the tattoo paper.

4. Position the tattoo with the image on your skin and hold for 1 minute.

5. Using a sponge or towel dab the back of the tattoo with a smallamount of warm water. Be sure not to soak it or the tattoo will end up sticky.

6. When you begin to see the image through the tattoo paper, slide the damp paper away to reveal the tattoo. Allow 5-10 minutes to dry.

For long -term wear, dry the tattoo with a hair dryer until it is no longer sticky on the surface. Be sure to re-dry it completely, and refrain from touching with clothing after showers. Avoid touching the image as much as possible. Apply to a non-jointed area of the body to prevent cracking. With good care, your temporary tattoo can last up to 1 week.


You can easily dissolve your temporary tattoo at any time with Baby Oil.


Keep them in a cool and dry place. Your temporary tattoo will not expire, but excessive heat and humidity may cause damage. If exposed to excessive heat, refrigerate or set in a cool place 1-2 days before use.


Do not use a temporary tattoo if you are nursing, pregnant, have sensitive skin, or are allergic to medical grade flue. It is also not recommended for children under the age of 12. You assume all responsibility for the safe and intended use of this product

All payments on this site are made either through Paypal or via direct bank transfer. Even if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay for your items using your credit card. Please note that all Paypal or credit card transactions and collection of credit card information is processed entirely by Paypal and we do not store any of your card information or details on our servers.

For direct bank transfers, please kindly let us know when you have made payment by emailing us so that we can check and process your order.

It is not always easy to calculate shipping charges, but we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout depending on how many items you buy. Generally, local shipping charges are calculated as follows:

  • Local Postage (table rates apply, calculated on checkout)
  • Registered Mail / Trackable Parcel: HKD$15/US$2 in addition to local postage fees

These may vary depending on the size of the items that we may offer in our shop. For example, if we sell an item that cannot fit in an envelope, it may have to go in a box, which will cost S$5 to ship locally. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipping your products to you within the range selected (for example, normal mail, or registered mail). Please also kindly note that “Next Day” indicated above means the next day from the day we ship out the products (which will be after 1 – 3 days of processing). Do let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to ship it out as soon as possible.

Please kindly note that local shipping is done by HongKongPost and while we will do our best to process your orders as soon as possible, we cannot be responsible for HongKongPost’s delivery timings or service. Please choose registered mail if you would like a trackable parcel/envelope.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders with requested expedited shipping must be placed by 11am PST that day in order for the items to be shipped with the requested shipping option. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. This is Faded, Ltd. is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please note that any packages that need to be re-routed are subject to a small fee.

International Taxes and Duties

When Returning

  • Returns intended for a refund or store credit will be automatically processed within 10 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that we do not offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes! We primarily work with our clients through e-mail. Shipping costs may also not be as high as you think!

Do you design for events other than weddings?

Of course! We are not limited to weddings even though most of our work are custom wedding stationery suites. We’ve previously done projects ranging from children’s parties to home invitations to custom posters. We are open to any work that you have in mind and happy to discuss your requirements with you.

Can you work with my budget

A great amount of detail and time goes into creating each custom order. We create designs catered to each client’s desires and themes. For these reasons, custom orders tend to cost much more than the items in our shop and custom design fees will apply. However, we do offer a variety of options and try our best to work within a variety of budgets whenever possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us no matter what your budget is to see if we can come up with something for you.

How long does the entire process take?

The time it takes for custom work varies greatly depending on the scope of each project. We work with each client to come up with a schedule tailored to their needs.

How far in advance should I contact you with regards to custom work?

We only take on a limited number of custom orders each year so please contact us as soon as possible about your request.
